Big Complain about Very Unkind and Ignorant Greyhound Service. Friday July 1st... 1:55 pm... I call couple of times to Greyhound in Santa Ana, the number above here... The lady does not even wait my words... Puts off the phone with ignorance after careless hello... The next call and the next call... She does the same thing... Does not tell me how much to wait... when to call... Just says "Greyhound Station" and puts of the phone with ignorance, no information, no interest, couple of times.
I'm sorry. I am new in USA, I come from Europe, I need some sure information about travel by Greyhound on holiday day 4th of July... but the following 3 calls and still I face the same very ignorant lady who says something carelessly and puts off the phone... Now word when can I call again... No word how much should I wait for opened line... Total ignorance. Shame.

When thinking of taking Greyhound.......JUST SAY NO!!!!!
From the station to the corporate office and everywhere in
between, you will receive NO service.
My mother was traveling from Northern California to
Santa Ana via Greyhound. The bus was scheduled to arrive at
7:45, two hours later the bus still hadn't arrived and NOT ONE SINGLE person was able to provide information. I called the various stops along her route, NO ANSWER, the
person at Santa Ana Greyhound station said it would be here
any minute, then closed at 8:30 leaving no information regarding the scheduled bus. Another Greyhound driver
pretended he didn't speak english, then said he would go find out for me,as I was following him, he ducked around the corner and ran back to his bus. I asked him what he was doing and he shut the bus door in my face.
It's clear there is ZERO accountability within the entire organization.
If you want to arrive on time, take a plane or train. At least they have schedule to adhere to.
Big Complain about unkind Greyhound Service.
