benevolent yet demanding hand. Offering excellent quality coupled with
tremendous value, he takes pride in calling his restaurant the "Home of
the Complete Dinner.

" Salvatore Cucina Italiana has been family owned and operated at the
same location for the past 20 years, making it the oldest Italian restaurant
under the same ownership in the Saddleback Valley.
As the saying goes, "You're not getting older, you're getting
better." And those words aptly describe this charming, Old World-style
eatery where the proprietor personally greets and seats every guest. And
talk about sumptuous dining! The complete dinners start at $9.95 and
include bruschetta made daily with fresh Roma tomatoes and fresh basil.
Then comes the soup, homemade from scratch. Bring on the salad with
house-made dressing, and after that, it's time for a marvelous meat,
seafood, pasta or vegetarian entrĩe, with over 50 selections from which
to choose. Coffee and a homemade dessert are included as well, and our
vote goes to Salvatore's legendary tiramisu (for which other restaurants
would charge $5 or $6 at least). It's a super value, delivered in an
enchanting setting, and you owe it to yourself to stop in for lunch or
