Description:

I am a professor at California State University, and have been teaching for seventeen years in three departments: Child Development, Human Development, and Sociology. My emphasis is on developing education methodologies for special needs and gifted children. In addition to teaching full time, for over ten years I have been providing home school classes on a part time basis; private one on one instruction, and consulting with parents who wish to incorporate many of the educational approaches; ABA/DTT/Verbal Behavior, neurodevelopmental therapy, speech/language therapy, occupational therapy, diet, supplements, social skills therapy, (RDI) Relationship Development Intervention, Visualizing and Verbalizing, etc. that I utilize into their home school program. By educating families on this sometimes unfamiliar topic, or by providing hands on instruction I have helped many families who have not previously been satisfied with their childs academic progress or social experience
