At Andrei’s we accept the relevance of sustainability in the lives of our guests. We showcase the freshest local and organically grown produce, as well as naturally raised meats and sustainable seafood in our “Conscious Cuisine.”

We incorporate only the finest ingredients into our recipes, utilizing seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables to provide unparalleled flavor and balanced nutrition. Our culinary style incorporates the cultural diversity of California cuisine, emphasizing Mediterranean flavors, while adding aspects of the “Slow Food” movement.
