40th Anniversary of Woodstock Celebration

The weekend the Orange County Market Place reopens after the O. C. Fair, August 15 and 16, will officially mark the 40th anniversary of the legendary Woodstock Music Festival. In addition to regular swap meet activity, the Market Place will present Woodstock tribute bands. On Saturday, August 15 Woodstock Mud performs at noon and 2 p.m., and on Sunday, August 16, Summer of Love performs at noon and 2 p.m. Concerts are free with swap meet admission. Also free face painting, hippie stilt walker, tie dye vendors and much more.
